The New York Store is the brainchild of Chef John Novi, owner/chef of the renowned Depuy Canal House restaurant and Chef's on Fire bistro located in the hamlet of High Falls, New York. Chef Novi has always recognized the importance of utilizing and promoting local products and businesses. Born and raised in New York he has had the good fortune to experience so many high quality products made in New York. He has always wanted to provide an outlet and distribution avenue for these products. The New York Store was born September 2002.

The array of specialty products available at the store range from fresh fruit preserves, pure maple syrup, hand made candies, chocolates and truffles, spices and herbs, oils and vinegar's, muffin, pancake and waffle mixes.
